Cafe Croissanterie Philippe was founded in Kos in 1994 from Ms Splagounia Christina and her father Theodoros. Christina afterwards her restaurant cooking studies in Rhodes, returned in Kos island. Her sensitive and uneasy character pushed her to create something unique on the island of Kos.
